Visitors
There are many types of visitors. Here are three examples:
•Prospective Students/Athletic Recruits
- •Scenario one: Tours/visit continue individually or in small groups
- •Scenario five: Tours are temporarily suspended
•Contractors
- •Scenario one: contractors must follow health protocols to work on campus, including wearing masks and completing health questionnaire
- •Scenario five: contractors can only work without members of campus present
•Spectators at sporting events
- •Scenario one: may attend with appropriate safety measures.
- •Scenario five: may only attend outdoor games in limited numbers.
External Events
•Events where we would typically host outside groups, including Presidential events, donor and alumni events, and prospective student events, will also have to be adjusted throughout the term.
- •Scenario one: hold events as normal, but hold outside or in large areas with good ventilation and encourage social distancing.
- •Scenario five: move all large events to virtual events, and have no food service.
