Upon completion of a Georgetown College graduate program, the Graduate Education department will send a copy of your official transcript along with your certification (CA-1) form(s). You do not need to request an additional transcript to be sent to EPSB.

 

EPSB will only receive official transcripts in an electronic format. You may place your order for an electronic transcript via the National Student Clearinghouse using the instructions below.

 

To send transcripts to EPSB:

 

  1. Visit www.getmytranscript.com
  2. Select Georgetown College
  3. Enter personal and student identification information
  4. Enter contact information
  5. When asked “Who are you sending your transcript to?” select “Education Organization, Application Service and Scholarships”
  6. Select “Education Professional Standards Board – Kentucky” from the dropdown
  7. Enter processing details and delivery information
  8. Complete your order

 

Note: The electronic consent form must be completed before your transcript will be released.

 

Georgetown College strongly recommends sending official transcripts to your school district, if applicable, using the National Student Clearinghouse (www.getmytranscript.com). Electronic PDF transcripts are typically the best method since they can be issued quickly and tracked.
