Georgetown College has thirty-two, four-bedroom apartments on the east end of campus. Each apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities on site.

Eligibility: Students who have achieved senior standing (earned 86 credit hours prior to residing on East Campus) will have first priority through the housing sign-up process. If space remains, students who have earned at least 24 credit hours (not including credits gained through Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment or International Baccalaureate Credit) AND have a 2.5 cumulative GPA may apply to reside on East.  Preference will be given based on class standing and GPA.  If space is still available, any individual over the age of 21 may be eligible.
