Foust Artist Series Brings MAZE Magic to Georgetown
Submitted on September 4, 2019
The Foust Artist Series continues this year at Georgetown College, and this fall the Series brings MAZE to campus. The event, which is free and a Nexus Tiger event, will take place on Tuesday, September 17th at 8:00 pm in John L. Hill Chapel.
MAZE is a mystery performance piece that has travelled the world and bewildered audiences for a decade with its innovative and unique approach to entertainment.
Director of the Foust Artist Series, Dr. Sonny Burnette said, “I had occasion to experience MAZE a year ago. The Foust Artist Series has brought name magic shows onto campus before, but this one is special due to the message that accompanies the most impressive illusions. I very much look forward to experiencing MAZE again!”
Each academic year, the Series welcomes one event in the fall and one in the spring, sparking creativity within students and encouraging them to expand their thinking.
