Attorney Laura Shumacher Blum, Class of 2010, has joined the Domestic Law Section of the law firm of Rogers, Kamm & Shea as an associate attorney. Ms. Blum was formerly a paralegal for Rogers, Kamm & Shea for five years prior to her admission to the State Bar of Tennessee in November 2018, and will be primarily serving clients at the firm’s Williamson County office located in Downtown Franklin, Tennessee.
Ms. Blum received her Juris Doctorate from Nashville School of Law, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Georgetown College, with a minor in Communication Studies. She is a member of Kappa Delta.
Ms. Blum is a member of the Lawyer’s Association for Women, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Nashville Bar Association, and Williamson County Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Nashville.
Ms. Blum is another example of an undergraduate benefiting from the well-balanced liberal arts education acquired at Georgetown College.
